Shipping Policy

Tenuiss provides telemedicine and clinical care services. We do not sell, dispense, or ship medications directly.

  1. Prescription Fulfillment

    If a licensed clinician determines that a prescription medication is medically appropriate, the prescription is sent to a licensed third-party pharmacy selected based on availability, location, and regulatory requirements.

    All medications are:

    • Dispensed by state-licensed pharmacies

    • Shipped directly from the pharmacy to the patient

    • Subject to the pharmacy's shipping, handling, and fulfillment policies

    Tenuiss does not control pharmacy inventory, carrier selection, or delivery timelines.

  2. Shipping Timeframes

    Shipping timelines vary depending on:

    • Pharmacy processing time

    • Prescription verification

    • Patient location

    • Carrier delays (e.g., weather, holidays)

    Typical timelines (not guaranteed):

    • Processing: 1–5 business days after prescription approval

    • Shipping: 2–7 business days once dispatched by the pharmacy

    Tracking information is provided by the dispensing pharmacy when available.

  3. Shipping Locations

    Medications may only be shipped to:

    • States where the prescribing clinician is licensed

    • Addresses permitted under applicable pharmacy and state regulations

    We do not ship internationally.

  4. Temperature-Sensitive Medications

    Some medications require temperature-controlled packaging. Pharmacies may use insulated packaging, cold packs, or expedited shipping when required.

    Patients are responsible for:

    • Monitoring delivery

    • Promptly retrieving packages

    • Following storage instructions upon receipt

  5. Delivery Issues

    For issues including:

    • Delayed shipments

    • Lost packages

    • Damaged deliveries

    Patients must contact the dispensing pharmacy directly using the contact information provided at checkout or in shipment confirmation emails.

    Tenuiss may assist with coordination but is not responsible for carrier delays or pharmacy fulfillment errors.

  6. Address Accuracy

    Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or failed deliveries.

  7. No Returns or Exchanges

    Due to the nature of prescription medications:

    • Medications cannot be returned or exchanged

    • This includes unopened or unused products

    Non-medication items (if applicable) are subject to the return policy of the vendor supplying the product.
